Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to this website, and to any tools, content or services TekMagnus provides under a project agreement.

You must not

• break the law or ask us to build or market anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• send or create hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative or violent material;
• distribute malware, phishing, scams or spam;
• attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt our systems;
• scrape or reverse engineer our services, except where we’ve given permission or the law allows it;
• misrepresent who you are or your authority to act for a person or business.

AI use

You must not ask us to use AI to deceive people, impersonate someone without consent, generate harmful content or make high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human oversight. Read more in our AI services and API policy.

Third-party platforms

When work involves platforms such as Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn or X, their own terms and content rules also apply. You’re responsible for having the rights and permissions for the material you provide.

Enforcement

We may decline or stop work, remove content, restrict access or report serious illegal activity to the authorities.
