Mindzy Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains how the Mindzy mobile game (package name com.tekmagnus.mindzy) handles information. Please read it with Google’s policies linked below.
Who we are
Mindzy is published by TekMagnus Software Services Private Limited, P.No. 1446, IDA, Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039, India.
For privacy questions or requests, email inquiry@tekmagnus.com.
Summary
- You don’t need an account to play.
- We don’t ask for your name, email address, photos, contacts or precise location.
- Your game progress is stored on your device and isn’t sent to us.
- Mindzy shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google processes some information to provide those ads.
Information stored on your device
Mindzy stores your stars, streak, level progress, badges, hints and sound setting on your device so the game can remember where you are. TekMagnus doesn’t receive this information. Mindzy turns off Android app data backup, so this information isn’t included in Android’s automatic app backups.
Information processed for ads
Mindzy is free and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. When ads are requested or shown, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app may automatically collect the following information and send it to Google:
| Information | Why it’s used |
|---|---|
| IP address, which can be used to estimate general location | Advertising, analytics and fraud prevention |
| Interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views | Advertising, analytics and fraud prevention |
| Diagnostic information, such as app and SDK performance | Advertising, analytics and fraud prevention |
| Device identifiers, such as the app set ID | Advertising, analytics and fraud prevention |
Mindzy requests non-personalized ads with content suitable for all ages. The app also removes the Android advertising ID permission, so it isn’t set up to access that ID.
We don’t sell information from Mindzy. The information above goes to Google, which handles it under its own policies. Learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services and read the Google Privacy Policy.
Device permissions
Mindzy uses internet and network status access to load ads. The ads SDK also includes standard Android permissions that keep its background tasks running properly. Mindzy doesn’t request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location.
Children’s privacy
Mindzy is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, and the game has no accounts, chat or sharing between players. Ad requests from Mindzy are marked for child-directed treatment and for users under the age of consent, and ad content is limited to the all-ages rating.
Parents or guardians with questions or requests about a child’s information can contact us at inquiry@tekmagnus.com.
Security
Your progress stays on your device. Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Keeping and deleting information
- Progress on your device: kept until you clear it. To clear it, use Settings > Reset progress in the game, or uninstall Mindzy, which removes the game’s stored information from your device.
- Information processed by Google for ads: kept and deleted by Google according to its own policies. We don’t receive it in a form that lets us identify you or delete it for you.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep your message for as long as needed to respond, and for up to 12 months after that unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to withdraw consent. Because we don’t keep your game progress on our systems, you control it directly on your device. For other requests, email inquiry@tekmagnus.com, and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If Mindzy’s data practices change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect, and update the policy in the app where needed.
