This page explains how TekMagnus handles Google user data when a TekMagnus service connects to Google APIs.
This website
The TekMagnus marketing website doesn’t ask you to sign in with Google and doesn’t access your Google account data. If we add a website feature that does, we’ll update this page first.
Services that connect to Google
Where a TekMagnus-operated service requests access to Google data, you’ll be asked for permission on Google’s own consent screen. We only request the access needed for the feature you choose, and you can revoke it at any time.
Limited Use
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means Google user data:
- is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the service;
- isn’t transferred to others except as needed for those features, for security, to comply with the law, or in a merger or asset sale with your explicit prior consent;
- isn’t sold or passed to advertising platforms or data brokers, or used to serve ads;
- isn’t used for creditworthiness or lending decisions;
- isn’t read by people unless you agree, or where it’s needed for security, legal reasons or properly aggregated internal operations.
YouTube API Services
Where a service uses YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies. Those services also follow the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Client projects
When we build software that connects to Google APIs for a client, the client’s product normally needs its own Google project, policies and verification. We design the integration with Google’s requirements in mind, and the client is responsible for its product’s use of Google data.
Removing access
You can revoke access in your Google Account under third-party connections. To request deletion of stored data, follow our data deletion process.
