Using this website
You must be at least 18, or using the website with the permission of someone who can legally accept these terms. You agree to use the website lawfully and to follow our acceptable use policy.
Information on this website
The website gives general information about our services and products. Examples are illustrations of what’s possible and don’t describe past client work unless we say so. Products marked as in development may change before release.
Client projects
Sending us an enquiry doesn’t create a contract. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement covering its scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and ownership of the work. Unless the agreement says otherwise, the client owns the custom product and code we create for a project once it has been paid for in full, while third-party and open-source components stay under their own licenses. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to that project.
No guaranteed results
We work with care, but we don’t guarantee particular business outcomes, including search rankings, mentions by AI tools, leads, revenue or product success.
Sales responsibility
Our marketing work aims to build audience and generate leads. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, following up with leads and closing sales is the client’s responsibility.
Intellectual property
The TekMagnus name, branding, website content and design belong to TekMagnus or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You keep ownership of any ideas and materials you send us. You give us permission to use them to review your enquiry and communicate with you. Third-party services
This website may link to third-party services we don’t control, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, TekMagnus isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate TekMagnus for losses caused by your unlawful use of this website or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at TekMagnus’s registered office in Hyderabad, unless applicable consumer law gives you other rights.
