This policy explains how TekMagnus Software Services Private Limited (“TekMagnus”, “we”) handles personal data when you use this website or contact us about our services. Products such as DigitalMarketingBees.com have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, the service you’re interested in and anything you tell us about your idea.
- Messages: what you send us while we discuss or carry out work.
- Technical data: information such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, which web servers and any analytics tools you’ve allowed may record.
- Preferences stored in your browser: your chosen site look and any idea you type into the home page, so it can carry through to the contact form.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare and deliver work you’ve asked us to do.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, where analytics are enabled.
- To protect the website against misuse and meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed with:
- service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, under suitable confidentiality and data protection terms;
- authorities or advisers where the law requires it or where it’s needed to protect our rights;
- a successor business if TekMagnus is reorganized, merged or sold.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as the work and our legal obligations require. We keep enquiries that don’t become projects for up to 12 months. We then delete or anonymize this information.
International transfers
TekMagnus operates from India and serves clients in India and the US. Your data may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable US state privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- access or receive a summary of your personal data;
- correct, update or erase it;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- raise a grievance with us and, where available, with the relevant authority;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights, where the law allows.

Children
This website and our business services are intended for adults and businesses. The Mindzy game has its own privacy policy, which covers children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we’ll delete it if we learn that we have.
