This page explains how to ask TekMagnus to delete personal data collected through this website or our client work.

How to make a request

Email inquiry@tekmagnus.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you’d like removed. We may need to confirm your identity first.

What we delete

• Enquiry details and related messages.
• Access tokens and data from accounts you connected for a project, where we hold them.
• Analytics identifiers we can link to you, where applicable.

What we may keep

We may keep records we’re legally required to retain, such as invoices and tax records, or that we need for contracts, security or legal claims. Copies in routine backups are removed as those backups expire.

Timing

We’ll respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires it.

Connected Google accounts

If you connected a Google account to a TekMagnus-built service, you can remove its access in your Google Account under third-party connections. Removing access doesn’t automatically delete data already stored, so please ask us to delete that too.

Browser data

Your chosen site look and typed idea are stored only in your browser. Clear this website’s data in your browser settings to remove them.
